Interview Guide

Articling Student Interview Process

Our application deadline and interview dates for articling positions will be in accordance with the Vancouver Bar Association Guidelines.

Our successful interview candidates will be contacted by telephone on the interview call date at 8 a.m. PST, and a convenient interview date and time will be arranged. A confirmation email will be forwarded to you setting out the agreed upon date and time for the interview. If available, the names of the lawyers conducting the interview will be provided at that time. We recommend students allow one to 1.5 hours for the interview.

Upon your arrival for your interview, you will first meet with two lawyers, who will spend approximately 30 minutes speaking with you. The lawyers will then introduce you to a current student or associate who will give you an office tour, introduce you to more people, and answer any further questions you may have.

Offers will be made on Thursday morning during the interview week in accordance with the Vancouver Bar Association Guidelines.
